Well since yesterday's photo was so cold I thought I'd warm things up a bit today. Digital Photography School had an article this week on how to photograph fire and I thought I'd try taking a picture of a lit candle. My husband was all excited because I cleaned off the table top to take it. You don't think I'd clean just to clean do you??? There always has to be ulterior motive behind cleaning for me.

  1. Nice flame shot. And thanks for the idea! None of my shots turned out today, so I'm going to go take a picture of the fire going in the fire place right now.

  6. I love your flame, crisp and clean shot. I had to chuckle when I read the "cleaning the table" comment. My kitchen table is the normal place for the paper and the mail (for days on end). It finally gets cleaned when we need more than 2 places for a person to eat.
